Booking a mobil-home or chalet in Agde

SALE CONDITIONS :

HIRINGS : each booking is nominative and it can not be yielded or sublet in any case. The booking is not taken into consideration without our agreement, it becomes definitive only when the down payment has been received (this last one includes 25% of the total payable amount of the stay + 30 euros of booking fee non-refundable), and when this contract has been signed, everything has to be returned to us within 8 days maximum. We will send you a definitive booking confirmation. The balance and the tourist taxes (+ a deposit of 300 euros for eventual damages that will be given back after the final check-out the departure day) are payable before June 1st 2012 (for all bookings made after June 1st 2012 the total amount has to be paid while signing the booking contract). If the total payment of the stay is not received within the allowed delays, the campsite will be able to consider that the booking is canceled. The number of the camping pitch is given as an indication without any guarantee. The payable amount of the stay will be calculated according to the booking dates mentioned in the contract. No reduction will be approved for an early departure or a delayed arrival. No additional tents or other housing are authorized by the mobile home (or chalet) you’re hiring. It is forbidden to exceed the number of persons envisaged in the accommodation (please refer to the accommodation’s characteristics). Bed linen and towels are not provided (they are compulsory in our accommodations). A single vehicle per site is allowed (any additional vehicle must be parked on the paying external parkings).

IMPORTANT : in the case you have to differ your arrival date or cancel your stay, please let us know about it as soon as possible by a written letter (phone messages are not accepted). If we don’t have any information about this, the site will be given to someone else the next day at 12 : 00 o’clock. The complete payment of the services is required for damages. If the cancellation comes from us, except in case of absolute necessity, an indemnity of the same amount as the deposit will be transferred.

Against cancellation, you will still owe us :

a) The booking fees.

b) In the case of a broken contract, as an indemnity, an amount equal to 25% of the total cost of your stay, if you cancel before June 1st 2012 and an amount equal or total of the stay if you cancel after June 1st 2012, or in the case of no show at the arrival date. For the refund of the stay (except booking fees ) : only in case of hospitalization or death of a close member of the family (mother, father, child). A proof has to be joined in this case. This refund request will not be received in case of interruption of an already started stay.

ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE : at the arrival the hire-objects are at your disposal from 2.00 p.m. until 9.00 p.m. at the latest, from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday. Outside the july-august peak season, the arrival or departure days are at your choice. The rented accommodations have to be free the departure day before 10 : 00 a.m., beyond this hour an extra day will be invoiced. If you wish to prolong your stay beyond the date of departure agreed-on, you have to contact the Reservation Office at least two days before the departure date.

STAY IN CLUB : for your security, the use of an inviolable bracelet is compulsory during the whole stay. The access to the campsite is forbidden to all vehicles between midnight and 7:00 a.m. After midnight, the motorized vehicles have to be parked on the parkings outside the campsite. Any person not mentioned in the present contract will be considered as an extra person and has to pay the current rates off.
