Agde : 2600 years of history at your feet

Agde (from the Greek 'agathè', meaning : good) was founded by Greek colonists in the 5th century BC. Besides the Greek vestiges, after many years a a cathedral, ramparts, buildings and houses from XVI and XVII centuries were added. This heritage is revealed to the visitor of the city of Agde. A walk in Agde, is a visit through the centuries while wandering through the small streets or standing in the shade of the cathedral.

The Canal du Midi

A mythic construction, built in the XVII century, is on the UNESCO list of the World Heritage, the Canal du Midi connects the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. You can rent a boat and navigate by yourself or even bike along its shore for a calm and amazing moment.

This teddy bear pirate, very nice and witty will soontake part of your family holidays in Agde. You can meet him at the pool or prowling in the alleys or near the seaside. It is always a good surprise for the children and their parents.

When Sablor makes his show !

Either during the day or in the evening, Sablor often mingles with the campsite staff and he has his own way to participate in the campsite activities. Always kind to children, he plays with them at the playground or teach them pirates tricks.

Everyday, is about a new show for a laughter filled evening or a night show. Besides our activity team, various artists are invited : cabaret, singers and magicians ! Shows for all types of audiences, to spend unforgettable nights while enjoying the mildness of the Languedoc evenings. You can choose a second atmosphere at the campsite beach, in the second activity spot.

At Les Sables d'Or campsite, you can participate in all the activities : karaoke nights, election of Miss and Mister Sables d'Or or even the dance show directed by a professional choreographer... your holidays are talented !

The Milord disco, is located within the campsite but perfectly isolated to protect the calm of your nights, it is open every night from 11 pm to 4 am and organises theme nights 3 times per week with many attractive gifts to be won.

BabyGym for children from 2 to 5 years old

Activities for children aged 2-3 years and 4-5 years. Under the responsibility of our experienced staff and following the hygiene and security rules, your little ones are in good hands to enjoy many activities and games in the campsite. A playground has been specially built for children of this age.

Kids Club for children from 5 to 10 years old

The meeting point for theolder kids is at the Kids Club. At the club, there are handcraft activities, treasure hunting in the campsite, the preparation of shows and the contest of Mini-Miss and Mini-Mister !

Often Sablor comes to play with the little children and takes them away on laugh filled adventures such as crazy races and pirate battles !

Supervised bathing

In Les Sables d'Or campsite, including the vast water-park and direct access to the beach, everything has been set in order to assure your security as well as that of your children's. Our establishment includes a nursery in the pool area and a life guard station at the beach.

All the lifeguards are BNSSA (Brevet National de Sécurité et de Sauvetage Aquatique) certified.

A safe campsite

In order to respect the quietness of Les Sables d'Or campsite, our emergency intervention team is composed of members trained to extinguish fires and resolve any problem you may encounter. They are at your service, day and even at night, with and after hours phone number. The campsite entrance is supervised and the speed of the vehicles inside the campsite is limited to 5 km/h. Your stress is over !
